IAPGAS is a special version of the product IAPIAS to create an advanced security console, whose purpose it is to correlate all kinds of events generated by different systems and elements of the security network in real time (firewalls, authentication and authorisation systems, intrusion detection sensors - IDS, intrusion prevention systems– IPS, etc.).
As a result this system generates a unique alarm coming from many different events related to the same problem without collapsing the alarm panels on the monitoring system of the IT infrastructure.
Not only does the system provide advanced correlation, but it also has intelligent reaction capabilities to automate the pertinent protection activities normally carried out manually by an operator. Therefore, the possible consequences of an intentional attack are minimised, and substantial savings are accumulated in the operation.
