Thanks to the Supervision System of Applications (^IAPSSA) by ^IAPsolutions we can detect problems with the hardware, the operating system, the data base, the IAP platform and the applications in real time. ^IAPSSA consists of a central server and various agents distributed over the supervised system, which can be in the same local network or in remote networks. Once the information is obtained from the monitored systems, it is analysed to detect possible problems, and the corresponding alarms are generated and displayed on the video wall which is monitored constantly by the maintenance staff.
