To predict a problem before it has an impact on the service provided to the users, we have created a set of tools and procedures orientated at the quick detection of potentially dangerous situations. These procedures are grouped into five categories: Hardware, operating system, data bases (RDMS, e.g. Oracle, MySQL), Intelligent Agents Platform (IAP) and procedures that are specific to the application.
